No, it definitely doesn't. But having a concept that delves deeper than "goin' out to the club gettin shitfaced wit my gurls!" that has been rehashed over and over since the dawn of the music video garners a bit of appreciation from me. The Bad Girls video attempts to draw social awareness to a huge women's rights issue, is executed really well, has great lighting and visually stylistic choices, and enhances the experience of the single as a whole.
Although Run The World was a great video as well, I just don't think that MG was making a gross over-exaggeration, I can see why someone would react so positively to this video.
