There's at least 3 versions of this song that have been played live in the past 9 months. Each contain noticable lyric/arrangement vairations.

The 2/08 version seems to be missing any lyric relating to halos and panties or the Guess Who's Undun quote. for the some Americns and most Europeans who don't know the GW.

From May-August the song was known as "the Hooks". The Sept-Oct version omits the "stay away from the hooks" line that is still in the other versions. I still don't know if the official title is spelt "Give Me Sympathy" or "Gimme Sympathy", like the Rolling Stones song Gimme Shelter.
